TECHNICAL DESIGN TEAM
Our technical design staff comprises of university educated architects and engineers with at least two (2) years’ work experience in the field. All draftsmen are engineers or were trained as architects.
We primarily use the latest versions of AutoCAD, Rivet and BIM, and we produce 2D and 3D renderings and also do BIM conversions. We also produce 3D modeling, virtual home walk-throughs, and pre-sale virtual tours with augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). We can also set up and maintain archives and file libraries.
BACK-OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
The administrative staff can be utilized to support a full range of administrative functions that are required on any project, including scheduling, estimating, purchasing, A/R A/P reconciliations, and safety plans, etc.
As mentioned in previous blogs, we connect American building contractors, real estate developers, and building material suppliers and/or fabricators with design and administrative staff who are based in our offices in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam and work directly with and exclusively for the American client on a full-time basis. Our clients consider these workers to be their own dedicated remote staff who use their secure e-mail address, file transfer platforms and/or ERP system to guarantee privacy and security.
In addition, we provide fully furnished office space, equipment, and high-speed internet etc., and help with training to help get small and large teams up to speed with our client’s policies and procedures, and also provide on-going general management to ensure that the team is working efficiently and meeting our client’s expectations.
Our clients typically think of their team with Outsource Asia as a natural extension of their existing in-house design, estimating and administrative teams who work while our clients’ sleep. As such, we do not typically work on a project basis because we have found that our clients get more long-term benefit and cost savings by hiring these workers on a full-time basis, but we can do project work depending on the job.
Furthermore, we do not operate as another here today, gone tomorrow project-based outsourcing company whose staff does work for multiple clients at one time and needs to be brought up to speed on client policies, procedures, and expectations for each job. And, in working this way, we have a longer-term outlook and aim to provide our clients with lasting value that not only provides them with the help that they require today, but also gives them a competitive advantage by allowing them to take on more work and/or expand their service offering while saving them money going forward.
